How it works
Starting with Private Yoga session with initial relaxation then do Prānayāma, Sun salutations And Yoga postures for 1 hours .15 minutes. Then lie on Thai Yoga Massage futon mat and you will receive Thai Massage (It is full clothed Massage without oil) from me included Foot Massage, Head Massage, Face Massage, Back Massage And Arm and the legs for 1.5 hours. Then keep resting on Thai futon mat and I will lead to you to Yoga Nidra (Meditative relaxation) for another 15 minutes.
This session is 3 hours all Yoga and Thai Massage together. Very recommended to the people who are looking for a break from daily busy pressured life and to recharge the mind and the body accompanying with help of beautiful stretching pressured Thai massage.
